It is January 10th, 2012. I enjoy Scores, your Restaurant usually is very good, the chicken is usually juicy and delicious. I look forward to eating at your restaurant. But tonight I was totally upset, I received and my husband also two dried out chicken breasts meals, mine with a baked potato, that was also very dry. But with the butter on top it was eatable. My husband had the fries, they were also very dry, he left them on his plate. Took his dry chicken put it in a ziploc, and took it for a sandwich for the next day. I asked my server to exchange mine after checking it and trying one piece. It was so dry. She made me feel so upset. Told me the first time she came to my table, that I had ate some. Other looking from the other tables, I was embarassed and upset, the server should have never acted in this manner. The customer is usually always right. I am not a complainer, but my chicken was so dry. I did not eat it. Your server returned back, told me she felt bad, and would exchange it. The damage was done, she should have taken care of it when I first asked. I asked for it to be packed and took it home, to take for a sandwich. The dryness of the meat wil require a lot of mayonnaise. A very expensive lunch, and a tone of embarassement by the server and also your restaurant serving meals in this manner. Sincerely, a good Score client. Feeling not well received tonight.
