We were on the stanza buffet for lunch today,my wife and I.The waitres in charge at our table was the oldest,she came to our place at the window section and close the blind down.I Did try to lift back the blind for a few inches that I could see well outside sitting but she turn me off in a negative attitude. Today the sun was not strong and the blinds at the south windown tables were open,at least 3 blinds open. Then a big argument started,a men custummer was frustated because he had found a fly in his glass,loud argument were listening and the same old waitress got mad and at the surprise of the custommer she had remouve everything in front of the custommer telling him to go eat sume weare ealse.The mature men left very obset.Ihave to tell you that there was some flys in the restaurent,so I have to give the custommer dout.That waitress seem to be very old to absorb this kind of work.1-do not argue with a custommer un public.2 use DIPLOMACY with custommer.3Good lock if this attitude prevale at your business.
