Cocktails excellent, ambiance excellent. One problem though. We were a group of 4 and after ordering about 3 cocktails each (12 total)....we ordered a taco plate to share. It was served with 3 different sauces. I asked to get a refil on the sauces but the waiter said we have to pay for for extra sauces. Ridiculous, spending that much money on cocktails and we had to pay for the extra sauce. The waiter said the owners were strict of that policy because people abuse the sauces!!!!. I mean, the waiter would know if we were abusing anything!!!. I did not order the extra sauces and told the waiter it was not right spending close to 6 dollars after already ordering drinks that totaled more than $120.00. So, I don't think I will visiting Univers any time soon. It doesn't take much for a customer to be turned off and the owners should be a little bit more understanding. ..More Reviews
