this is the fantastic litle restaurant.food is allways fresh and delicious.service is also very good.i love this place. i love eating out so i have tried many indian resaturants but the best food i have ever eaten is at this restaurant.food reveals the love and devotion of the chef.long live to this place

This is by far the best Indian food I have had in montreal. The food style reminds me of some of the fine Indian restaurants of india The shrimp tandoori was divine, as was the mixed entree - beautiful presentation).WOW YUMMIEST!!!!!!!

J'ai t ici plusieurs fois et le compterais facilement en tant qu'un de mes restaurants prfrs dans la ville. La nourriture est grande, la sensation anglaise est vidente dans le service. Je recommanderais ceci pour n'importe qui aimant un bon amusement et une nuit indienne authentique dehors.

Such great food! Every item we ordered was absolutely divine, the tandoori shrimp were my favourite. Great vegetarian selection and great service, our waiter was absolutely charming and very attentive with keeping our water full. Lovely atmosphere too. A bit pricier than your usual cheap indian joint, but worth it.

My first visit to this restaurant, it was recommended by friends. I enjoyed the friendly service and professionalism off the staff, especially liked the owner/chef coming out to enquire about our experience and meals.

The food was amazing, great fresh ingredients, and aromas that made the mouth water. I had the $30 banquet. The entree was chicken Tika, the meat was succulent and the blend on spices wonderful. For the mains we had chicken curry (like butter chicken) this had a rich smooth sauce and tender chicken pieces. Also a lamb Achari (Divine, nothing more to say) And for dessert Rasmali the perfect end to the perfect meal.

This restaurant is 65.2 Km round trip from my home, but for the best Indian meal that we have ever had Im sure we will becoming back again and again. This is a place I will not keep a secret

TANDOORI XPRESS Restaurant was my first encounter with indian cuisine...it will certainly not be my last! the food was fantastic! i especially enjoyed the butter chicken, even if i don't usually go for creamy dishes, this is a dish you MUST try. everything about the restaurant is excellent, from the food to the service.

Un excellente place pour dcouvrir la cuisine indienne puisque les employs prennent le temps de vous parler, on se croirait chez des amis. Pour les amateurs de cuisine indienne, je vous garantie que vous ne pourrez pas trouver de reproche aux plats du chef.

Excellent restaurant at amazing prices. The food is delicious and extremely filling. The owners work very hard to keep you satisfied and full. Delicious flavours - nothing too spicey. Thali contains a selection of veggie options and rice bread(nan). Tremendous value.

J'adore ce resto,le seul Laval d'ailleurs.Avant j'allais Mtl,mais des fois cel ne me tentais pas de descendre Mtl pour y aller.Maintenant,je vais toujours l et je le prend pour apporter.Je n'ai jamais mange sur place.Ce resto est une pure merveille.La nourriture est succulente,mais surtou le poulet au beurre,le pain naan et leurs entres.C'est excellent.Et ce n'est pas trop cher.Je vous le recommande.

After tens of Indian restaurant (I am fanatic) I did all those of Montreal, I found the RESTAURANT excel the fraichor and the quality of the dishes, impossible and ever seen elsewhere. I really suggest it to you, I am there to even go with friends of MTL and they still return there. One with piqure for this small restaurant. Long life with the chief!

Eaten here many, many times and never disappointed. Far and away my favorite restaurant. The quality of the food is outstanding, the staff is courteous, the prices inexpensive, and the establishment is clean. What more could you ask for? Simply delicious Indian fare!

We found the food and service quite good, The food fresh and quite tasty. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant is somewhat fair but the food made up for this. We would definitely return to this restaurant and we would recommend it to others.

Bien que l'apparence du restaurant laisse a desirer, il ne faut pas se tromper, ce restaurant est une des petites perles caches de la region...

La nourriture est excelente, d'une qualit dont bien des grands restaurants devraient apprendre. Le tout est de facon suprenante, abordable...

Ils avaient fait imprimer 50 000 menus qu'ils avaient voulu parfaits pour leur clientle lavalloise. Seulement, ces menus ne leur avaient valu que des critiques ou, au mieux, des sourires amuss.

Il faut dire que c'tait l une pice d'anthologie, avec ce genre de perles que seules des personnes totalement ignorantes du franais peuvent pondre en compagnie d'un logiciel lch lousse, des incongruits du genre d'un rouge ardent portez sauce ou cette autre sauce avec aider gnreux du gingembre...

Parce que la bouffe est trs abordable et absolument succulente, parce c'est srement le seul restaurant indien des environs et parce que les clients voyaient le proprio indien Purewal Jasvir et ses employs pakistanais pleins de bonne volont mais absolument catastrophs par l'ampleur des dgts littraires, de nombreuses personnes revenaient au Tandoori Xpress. Mais elles ne pouvaient s'empcher de bitcher un peu le menu bizarrode distribu dans tout le voisinage.

La semaine dernire, aprs six mois d'activit, ils ont finalement fait une croix sur leur investissement, jet ce qui restait des 50 000 dpliants et lanc un nouveau menu pratiquement impeccable, qui fait enfin honneur aux mets qu'ils prparent amoureusement.

Le cuisinier Waseem Ishaq, d'origine pakistanaise et arriv ici comme rfugi politique il y a quelque neuf ans, parle de chacun comme d'une aventure amoureuse Ah oui! Vous avez pris les lgumes Tandoori. J'adore prparer ce plat elle seule, l'odeur qui s'chappe alors du four me met en apptit. Il viendra d'ailleurs dposer en personne les lgumes fumants sur la table.

Ressemblant un corridor flanqu de banquettes, jouxtant un dpanneur avec lequel il forme un mini-centre commercial, le resto ne paie vraiment pas de mine, mais tout y est extrmement sympathique, des nouveaux menus jusqu' ces minuscules bonbons-vermicelles au fenouil qui servent de digestif.

Comme ses collaborateurs Arshed Mehmood et Farid Masroor, M. Ishaq, qui tente d'apprendre le franais avec ses deux fils, est un peu tonn de ce penchant des Qubcois pour la cuisine pice Nos clients sont 99,9 % francophones et ils adorent les mets trs, trs relevs. Mme moi, je ne pourrais pas les manger. Il s'empresse toutefois d'ajouter Mais dites bien aux gens que toute la cuisine indienne n'est pas aussi pice. Seulement quelques mets le sont les autres, tout le monde peut les manger, y compris les enfants.
